Getting around

The bar, the switcher, and moving between extensions.

Everything in Slash for iOS happens from the bar along the bottom of the screen. What it does follows the extension you're in.

  • Tap the bar to type — a new task in Tasks, a note in Notes, a reminder in Reminders, an address in Browser.
  • Tap the search button beside it to filter the list you're looking at.
  • Tap the switcher button to pick another extension, or swipe along the bar to move to the next one.

Home shows every extension as a grid — Tasks, Notes, Reminders, Browser, Calendar, Bookmarks, Drop, Deck, Trackpad and Airmouse — and the switcher lists them all too. Swiping the bar can be turned off in Settings.
